In late 2020 the Canterbury Yachting Association reached out to me about redesigning their website. I was provided with a brief on what the new site needed to achieve. It needed to have an interactive calendar where all events could be easily added to, display all clubs and class associations that are a part of the CYA and link to their appropriate sites. The site also needed to be modern and easily updated. After creating a website design in Adobe XD that best met their needs and after a few revisions, I began to create the website with Oxygen which is a WordPress website builder, similar to Elimentor but more advanced. The website is responsive to different screen sizes and hover effects transition nicely to touch-only displays.
